Ealing Gin Served at Ealing Brewing Ealing Brewing, and its sister company Marko Paulo, were established in 2016 when they opened the first Micropub in west London - The Owl and The Pussycat. After winning multiple awards and regularly being approached by other pubs about their beers they decided to expand. Having outgrown their tiny 200L brewery they created Ealing Brewing.
