Our gin is crafted by hand in small batches using Felicity (and the process which delivers a traditional London Dry gin). Each distillation takes 6 hours (that’s once the botanicals have steeped for 24 hours) and makes just 120 cases… by gin standards, that’s tiny.
What it means though is that every batch is genuinely, lovingly created and guaranteed to be super-high quality. Exactly what you’d expect of the Queen of London Dry Gins!
